Sourcing & Manufacturing

Our fragrances are manufactured by Ennbee Living LLP, based in Gurugram, India. All manufacturing details — including the manufacturer's name and address — appear on each product's outer packaging, as required under Indian consumer guidelines.

Marketing and distribution for Ora d'oro products in India is managed by NMCG Private Limited, based in Jaipur, India. The marketer's details are also printed on product packaging for your reference.

What to Check on Your Packaging

When your order arrives, we recommend checking the following on the outer box or label:

  • Manufacturer name & address: Ennbee Living LLP, Gurugram
  • Marketer name & address: NMCG Private Limited, Jaipur
  • Batch number & manufacturing date: Printed on the base or side of the packaging
  • MRP & net quantity: Clearly stated on the label
  • Intact seals: Check that the outer box seal and bottle cap are undamaged and have not been tampered with

If any of this information is missing, unclear, or inconsistent, please contact us before using the product.

What You Receive

Every Ora d'oro order is dispatched directly through our verified fulfilment process. Your order will include:

  • The fragrance in its original, sealed packaging
  • A printed or digital invoice reflecting your purchase details

We do not sell through third-party marketplaces. Purchases made through our official website at www.oradorobeauty.in are the only channel we can verify and support.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or does not match what you ordered, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve your concern quickly, have the following ready:

  • A clear photograph of the product and packaging as received
  • A brief description of the issue
