We at Ora d’oro Beauty stock and sell authentic products only. All our products are manufactured in accordance with the best industry standards and are sourced directly from the manufacturer. Prior to shipping the product, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit or sub-standard quality of products.

Colours & Products Description:
Every effort is made to display the colours of products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, the product colour may vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor/display settings. The product colour may also change or vary due to external factors including but not limited to sunlight exposure and humidity. However, such colour change shall not affect the quality of the products.
Product Use and Services:
The products and services available on the Site or any other web platform, and the samples, if any, that Platform may provide you, are for your personal and/or professional use only. The products or services, or samples thereof, which you may receive from us, shall not be sold or resold for any/commercial reasons.
It is advised that users with allergies should always read our product's ingredient statement and other warnings mentioned therein on the label before use. We shall not be held responsible for such adverse or unforeseen damages arising out of or usage of any product due to user’s specific allergic response to our products.
Any recommendation made to you on the Site during the course of your use of the Site is purely for informational purposes and for your convenience and does not amount to endorsement of the product or services.
Ora d'oro Beauty strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, however errors may occur. Prices and availability of the products and services provided or offered on the Site are subject to change without prior notice and at the sole discretion of the Company.
Products offered as GWP (Gift with Purchase) are subjected to availability of exact variant. Such offers are subject to be withheld or cancelled at the sole discretion of the Company without any prior notice.
Mode of Payment:
Payments for the products available on Site may be made in the following ways:
- Online Payment - UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets and other payment option as made available from time to time by our third-party payment service provider.
We recommend that users should select Online Payment option as they are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.
- Cash on Delivery – This option shall be made available in limited jurisdictions. Users are required to check the availability of such option prior to placement of such options. The Company shall also levy Cash on Delivery charges separately if the order value is less than a fixed sum of money as specified by the Company from time to time.
All online payments are handled by authorized Payment Gateways considering transaction security measures mandated by the Reserve Bank of India and other regulatory authorities. All your payment related concerns shall be handled by third-party payment gateway operators only. Ora d'oro Beauty shall not be held responsible for any breach of information, or inappropriate or failed transactions.
Orders can be delayed due to COVID-19. Rest assured, we are going to deliver your products at the earliest. Shipping and Billing address can be different. You can do so by filling in your address as the "billing address" and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the "shipping address".
Currently, we offer free shipping and handling charges for all orders placed with us. This free shipping offer is subject to change without any prior notice. We are not responsible for damage after delivery. The users should refrain from taking delivery of products if they appear to be damaged, incorrect or tampered with.
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition. Once they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details-
- Tracking number
- The courier company that is processing your order.
Confirmed orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, they'll be delivered to you within 2-4 business days. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier/delivery partner and location.
Estimated delivery time may change due to the customer’s geographical location, shipping destination, product availability and courier partner’s delivery time & location.
If you are ordering our products during a promotional or sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes.
We at Ora d’oro Beauty offers a convenient cancellation policy. Any and all orders can be cancelled by writing an email to Crm@oradorobeauty.com by stating the exact reasons. Notwithstanding the foregoing, such cancellation may be accepted by the Company only if the cancellation request is received (i) within a period of 24 hours from the time of ordering the product or (ii) when the order is not processed or shipped; whichever is earlier. Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of online Payment.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the same. Upon due cancellation of your order from our end and subject to due clearance by the payment gateway operator, you may expect the refund amount in your bank account within a period of 10-15 business days.
The Company may revise and cease to make available any product/ services or cancel any order at any time due to issues including errors in pricing, technological glitches or suspected frauds. In the event the Company is unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified by an e-mail and your order will be automatically cancelled. The Company shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.
Return and Refund Policy:
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept exchange or returns on our products. Products can be returned/replaced/refunded within 48 hours from the time of delivery if your order(s) is in a damaged/defective state or is expired or in case you’ve received an incorrect product. Such products will only be considered if they are in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. You can accordingly raise a return / exchange / refund request by writing to us at Crm@oradorobeauty.com stating the exact reason of such return / exchange request along with Order ID details, images or video highlighting the issue and the invoice for our reference.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged;
- Product Label is tampered with;
- Product has been opened, used or altered;
- If request is initiated after 4 days of order delivery; and
- Free product or sample given by the Company.
We will be responsible to pick the item from you. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, free accessories or sample products and barcodes intact.
If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. Further, you should refrain from taking delivery of products if they appear to be damaged, incorrect or tampered with.
Ora d’oro Beauty will not charge for replacement of wrong products (incomplete / incorrect / damaged / expired) are received by the user.
Eligible refunds are processed within a period of 10-15 business days from the date on which Ora d’oro Beauty receives returned goods. For all Online Payment orders, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer of the refund amount against the billing details shared by you.
Redemption of any voucher or coupon, Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable. Coupon codes shall be deemed to be used even if you cancel the order.
Grievance Officer: In accordance with the IT Act and the SPDI Rules, Ms. Rekha Saini shall be the Grievance Officer and shall be available at Crm@oradorobeauty.com
Nodal Officer: In accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws, Ms. Rekha Saini shall be the Nodal Officer and shall be available at Crm@oradorobeauty.com
