Ora d’oro creates and sells original fine fragrances manufactured according to applicable quality standards. Products undergo quality checks before dispatch.

Product Information & Colours

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colours may vary due to photography lighting, device settings or display differences.

Fragrance Usage & Safety

Fragrances are intended for external use only. Customers with sensitivities should review ingredients before use. Avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Personal Use

Products purchased from Ora d’oro are intended for personal use and may not be resold or commercially distributed without permission.

Pricing & Payment

Prices and availability may change without notice. Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and quality checks. Dispatch timelines are generally 2–3 business days, while delivery depends on location and courier partners.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests may be accepted within 24 hours of placing an order or before processing/shipping, whichever is earlier.

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Fragrances are non-returnable once opened. Replacement requests are only considered for damaged, defective, incorrect or expired products reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.

Intellectual Property

All Ora d’oro logos, designs, images, text and creative assets belong exclusively to the Company and cannot be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Ora d’oro shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased product.
